Farm Walk- Althorp Estate
Farm Walks are back on the Society Calendar! Join us on the 12th June at Althorp Estate for a tour of the farm.
The Spencer family have been farming at Althorp for over 500 years. At present, Althorp are in the process of moving to an organic system, looking to take a regenerative approach to their farming. The farm works with Wildfarmed, with some of the land given over to growing wheat using its pioneering system
The farm is a mixed enterprise that includes 100 head of cattle, with plans for future livestock diversification enterprises.
Tickets are £12 and include the farm walk and a burger
